Jeff Wyler Springfield Always Meets My Needs
Everyone in the service department goes above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. I feel relaxed taking my car in for service knowing I can put full confidence in the honesty and expertise of the mechanics and service department. When the scheduling department heard I was going on a long trip with my car, they were able to get me in the same day- so efficient!

Great dealership with great sales people!
Jordan Holt is always helpful, honest, and works every deal he can to ensure my family and I are in the car we need and want with the best price available. He treats us like family when ever we deal with him, be it in person or on the phone. Even though I deal mainly with Jordan, Jon Brown has help us out immensly as well. He gives us the same treatment and respect even though we purchased our vehicle with someone else. It is because of there two that I will continue to return to Jeff Wyler and recommend it to everyone looking to buy a car.

Horrible communication from the salesmen, prices marked way up, false advertising on the internet for there services and products, they hassled me about having a vehicle transferred to the Springfield location from another location when there website says it is no charge. They told me that they wanted to know that I was going to buy it before they were going to go get it. Another vehicle is advertised on their website in big bold letters BLUETOOTH /SUNROOF so I had them transfer it so I could test drive it, when I went to the dealership for the test drive low and behold it doesn't have sunroof. I'm very appalled at the service this dealership has and will not be doing business with them anymore!

We located the Toyota Rav4 on-line and drove from East Tennessee to Springfield to buy the vehicle. Tim Sheerin and Jordan Holt were very helpful and made the process a pleasurable positive experience from the first call to picking the car up. The Rav4 was cleaned up extremely well, so well in fact, my Wife and I thought we bought a new car instead of a used one!! I was impressed with my service at Jeff Wyler ! I went in thinking I was going to get a used car and James Talbot worked really hard and got me into a brand new 2018 Kia Optima ! Excellent Service
Had a problem with air conditioning in my Kia Soul even though the problem could not be fixed the technicians took the time to explain what the problem could have been and what to watch out for in the future.

Good service
We bought a new Rav 4 with in a few weeks my phone stoped connecting to the radio took in for service. It was repaired as quick as possible. The staff the were very nice.

In good hands!
I was, fortunately, able to take advantage of a pull ahead program that was offered thanks to Eric keeping me informed and was helped in getting into a wonderful vehicle that I will keep for many years to come. Eric was patient and friendly and worked with us even when my indecisiveness was probably more than a little aggravating. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend both Eric and the dealership to anyone who was shopping for a new car.
