Great experience

They gave us a great deal on our 2018 Chevy silverado truck and on our trade in truck. Eric Powell is very professional. Everyone was very friendly.

in and out quickly

came in for second free oil change and tire rotation work was done in 20 minutes very friendly service employees love this place have bought 3 cars here and referred 2 people who also bought cars thank you to eric powell and service employees

poor communication

I bought a used car from their KIA store. Great salesman, great price, car offered with 6 month warranty. I had a problem on the drive home with a drive axle; which was a covered item. The insurer who underwrites the warranty rejected the claim, but Jeff Wyler Springfield agreed verbally to cover the expense. I emailed a copy of the invoice and then there was a total lack of communication after that for 3 weeks. I attempted some follow up calls and emails, but none were answered. Eventually I received a check and was satisfied with the amount.

Excellent service

Ken Berry is a most excellent salesperson to work with. He provided all information that was requested and at the end of the sale, kept true to his word in delivering the car as priced. There were no issues to be resolved, by the time we got to the paper-signing stage of the purchase. The dealership went to extra lengths to get the car I wanted. Thanks to both Ken Berry and Phil Beach for making it happen.

Poor service from salesman

I purchased a 2014 Prius from Jeff Euler and could not have been more please with the process and the sales force. I continued to be very satisfied with all the routine maintenance while under the two year service program. Even though I am no longer covered under that program I fully intended to continue maintenance at this dealer until I received a letter from a salesman wanting to purchase my vehicle. The letter stated that if I did not want to sell please come in and see him for a free oil change. Thus turned out to be a bogus offer that was not honoured! I guess I should not be surprised! More interested in sale than service.

Short waiting time

I called for an appointment and they let me pick a time that worked best for me. They were done within an hour. Everyone was very nice!!

Fast Oil change and Great Customer Service

I arrived for a nine am oil change and they opened the garage for me as soon as I turned in. Tia greeted me with a smile and kept me well informed. They had my car finished up by 9:15 before I even settled into the waiting room. Communication with what they were doing and how much it would cost was great. Everyone in the showroom was smiling and greeted me as well.

Short time of waiting

We were in for an oil change and tire rotation but a problem was found with the alignment. Job was well done quickly despite the extra work..

I called the service center and they got me in right away. My car was finished in 2 hours, and at a reasonable rate. I will go again.
