Very professional and down to earth.

Jeff Wyler, Springfield is by far, the best Auto Dealership that I have conducted business with! And I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, all over the country (Retired Military). They were very eager to ensure I understood every aspect of my buying experience. This was the first Kia for me, I bought a Soul and I love it! The prices were reasonable, they negotiated with me on my trade to get me the best possible deal. I especially want to give a big shout out to Dave Bowling! Very professional sales person, easy to talk to and very informative. He answered all my questions, no side stepping, no bull crap. I have to say, he is the best new car salesman that I have ever met. Great job Dave! I would send all my friends and family to you for a new car, without hesitation! And thanks to Melissa in the finance office, she was very helpful, explained all the paperwork fully .

Appreciated the prompt service on a much needed repair.

Went in to have a defective passenger airbag sensor replaced. Received an appointment right away and dropped the car off the next morning. A special clip had to be overnighted to correctly complete the repair. All steps and communication taken care of very efficiently. Smooth transaction all the way through.

Dissatisfied customer

Bought a car from this dealership and had it for 3 months with many problems. Nothing was covered under the extended warranty I brought extra. I talked to the sales rep and he did nothing. I was so frustrated I took the car back and ended up buying a newer car and loosing over 4,000 or more on the car they sold me that I had for 3 months. The sales rep got commission on me twice and all I got was negative equality and 4,000 plus added to my new loan. It thought I would get a better deal since the sales rep said he would take care of me. However that was another lie. Now I have a high car payment that I regret every month. I'll never buy from them again, worst experience ever!

So disappointed

Initially I was told it would be a week to get my in to have it checked for a noise, Manager does squeeze me in. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday night, no call by 1:00 pm the next day, I call, leave a vm I was called back to be told two different techs looked at my car and they couldn’t figure out what was causing the noise. Then was called back at 4:30, to be asked if the lead tech could drive my car Home 40 min away to check it after it was hot. On the second day, no call by noon so I left a vm, an hour later, had them IM Cory and he called and told he needed to put it up on a lift. The Around 4 was called and told it was my brakes . It was just not great service! Well I should say not the good service I have received in the past. Oh and then I was charged $ 46 . Really? For what? NOTHING

Old time customer service!

Great bunch of people .. otherwise need to learn from them ... they are awesome.. Would this want me to buy a car from th in the future.. in a word yes

Routine oil change

Scheduled appointment to have oil change. I was in and out of dealership in no time. My wait time was comfortable sitting in waiting area with free wi-fi. Employees were friendly and building was immaculately clean.

Routine Maintenance

Scheduled my appointment, got right in, everyone very nice and helpful. Had to have my issue with my remote start rescheduled and they did it the next day!

Tia was very helpful

Tia is a great front desk worker. I only had to wait a total of 30 minutes for my oil change and tire rotation. She also helped me save money for future oil changes.
