Wonderful

I had the best experience! I purchased a new 2018 with the help of a Great member of the sales staff Andy. Andy helped me get in the vehicle that I wanted and the payments I wanted. Rateing service dept

Decided to have remote start installed on my new Silverado. My salesman set me up an appointment with the service dept I dropped off my Trk - work was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price -service representatives were friendly and helpful very satisfied with the experience

Just head-shakingly bad service

Brought car in for warranty service for power sliding door. They did an express safety check. The "Low Tire Pressure" light was on before I drove off. When I told this to the service technician he assured me that it would turn off. It didn't--and I confirmed that the pressure was not low. So they failed to reset the warning light, and told me otherwise. Then when I called and complained they said: 1) You can just bring it in--This is unsatisfactory since I brought it up at the desk. 2) I could just ignore it--This is unsatisfactory and dangerous. 3) When I said I wanted it reported she said that she would, but took no information from me, so, like the tire pressure alarm, I'm sure it's just another tactic to get me off the phone. 4) Oh, and did I mention that the sliding door they "fixed" now squeaks? Perfect. If Jeff Wyler wants my business they'll need to show up at my door, recheck my tire pressure and reset my warning light. Don't know what I'll do about the door.

Thank You!

Took my wife's vehicle in for service and went to look at sweet Dodge Chargers. It was -10 degrees and Austin stood out in the lot with me and went through all the detail of the car I had in question. We froze together and I learned more that I expected. Thank you Austin!!!
