SEVICE PERSONNEL WERE GREAT, THE ONLY ISSUE WAS WAIT
SEVICE PERSONNEL WERE GREAT, THE ONLY ISSUE WAS WAIT TIME, 2 1/2 HRS FOR INSPECTION AND 24 MO MAINTENANCE. THE QUESTION I HAVE IS: ARE YOU ALLOWING EXPRESS CUSTOMERS TO SLOW DOWN SCHEDULED WORK? OR NOT STARTING SERVICE AT SCHEDULED TIME?

I visited the express service lane twice in one day second time was to get my oil changed only took 40 minutes. ☺️

Charged 99.
Charged 99.00 to tell me I needed new air pressure gauges in tires which I knew. Asked them if they could tell me which ones and how much Than wouldn’t inspect my car because I need brakes. When I took my car elsewhere they said my brakes pads and rotors were fine just blew off surface rust. I Won’t go back to Kenny Ross
