Our experience at Kenny Ross Subaru was great. We were welcomed immediately by Josh Peters. He was very patient in listening to our preferences in a new car. Once we had picked the Cross Trek the details were worked out to our satisfaction. Greg Cooper walked us through the lengthy final steps. We drove away happy and assured we could reach out anytime to Josh with any questions.

Wait time was too long.
Wait time was too long. We had made a 2 pm appt to purchase the car. It took over 3 hours til we drove out of the dealership. Damian was great. It would have been helpful to have known in advance the wait time as we did not anticipate being there all afternoon when we had a scheduled appointment. We did not need financing and thought things would have been more streamlined. Everyone was pleasant but the finance manager was definitely overbooked; albeit it efficient and friendly.
