I had a Ford escape 2020 3hr for a oil change and and inspection. All kinds of sensor stuff .Just got a 23 Chevrolet trailblazer and I just love it got it at Bob Johnsons Chevrolet. Let's see what happens next. Hopefully they are better than Ford I'll let you know

Brought my wife’s expedition with 7k miles on it in for an oil leak from the front shock. Burdick ford told me it was condensation from the air conditioner (they’ll never see me again). I knew it was more than that, Bob Johnson ford service got me in the next day and called to confirm that the shock was leaking and they would need the vehicle over night (no big deal). Called me the next afternoon saying the truck was all set and also updated factory recalls while they had it.

So I had to have service on my 2019 F250. I needed a right lower tie rod end replaced. I was meet by the Service Mgr Dev and he was very professional and answered any questions I had. I dropped my truck off on a Sunday night for early Monday morning service. On Monday morning they had my truck in for service asap. I was called and told a few other things needed attention and discussed those items with Dev. I would also add that Dev had to work with my extended warranty company and challenged them on my behalf which is commendable on my coverage. He kept me updated on those conversations and I cannot say enough about him having my back in my absence. The Service department was very cordial and friendly including parts. Kudos for Bob Johnson’s on having employees who truly take pride and believe in customer service. It’s these people who keep a business in business and thriving. A definite asset to the Pulaski business community.

Service was great. Expedient and they took my recall in even though I didn't buy it from them, so I got the routine service done there too. It's way more local than most ford dealerships, so I'll probably continue working with them for service.

I had my vehicle inspected. They got me in and out in a timely manner. The service representative was very helpful and friendly. I bought my vehicle there so I also checked to see if my salesperson was in. We had a nice chat, it’s always nice to see Gary. Thanks for a nice experience
