Ready to assist, sums up the culture at this dealership! I walked in uncertain about switching into a JEEP and my salesman, Shane made sure to ease my mind! He heard my needs and wants and was sure to point me in that direction. He gave a detailed tour of the vehicle along with features and was very customer friendly. My finance manager was Chris W. He was welcoming and understanding. He was sure to hear my financial needs and did what he could to meet them and make sure I was covered for the long run. I was skeptical at first but Shane and Chris made this a smooth transition for me! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, I am the last to join the Arrigo family, as my two sisters are already apart of the family!

I took my sons Dodge Durango in for a oil change, lube
I took my sons Dodge Durango in for a oil change, lube and tire rotation, they were not able to rotate tires because they said they could not find wheel lock key, once I got home I looked in glove box and the key was there, why didn’t they find it! they also said the air filter, cabin filter and wiper blades were do to be changed so I had them do it, everything went well but I am not happy they said they could find the wheel key when I found it in glove box and they even had tire rotation included with the oil change.
