My last service was horrible. I was scheduled for a recall only to rent a car for 2 hours to be told that my car was ready when I got there the recall wasn't fixed. This was a total waste of my day. I wish I could give a lower rating. Not to mention this was my second time coming in to get the recall taken care of.

Good experience, friendly staff, waiting room is a nice touch. Will probably be using more in the future.

The repair time was estimated to be 2 hours but it took 5 hours. I couldn't go back home instead of waiting there

For this visit Arrigo Jeep West Palm Beach would have received a better rating if they would have rotated my tires like I asked with my oil change. I get free tire rotations because I bought 4 new ties. After an hour and a half my Jeep was ready for me. I looked and the service papers and no tire rotation was done. The offered to do it but hey I already spent 1.5 hours so wasn't about to go back into the queue. Weekends are precious.
