Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram West Palm

For this visit Arrigo Jeep West Palm Beach would have received a better rating if they would have rotated my tires like I asked with my oil change. I get free tire rotations because I bought 4 new ties. After an hour and a half my Jeep was ready for me. I looked and the service papers and no tire rotation was done. The offered to do it but hey I already spent 1.5 hours so wasn't about to go back into the queue. Weekends are precious.

I Was quoted the wrong price over the phone. When I got to the location they gave me a hard time about what they initially said. They started laughing at me after getting upset. I requested for the manager to solve the issue which he did but they thought the whole situation was funny. They also charge me an additional $10 for tire removal or discard meant which did not occur

The Dealership is just confused on how they should schedule time. My schedule time for someone to bring your car in when you’re not gonna look at it within the next three days.
