Malcolm was the man!

Malcolm was the man! He was the sole reason I bypassed 3 other dealerships to get a deal done with Arrigo. His consistent follow ups and determination to get a fair deal done paid off. He won me over and got me to a number I felt comfortable with. Sadly, it was his manager who nearly blew the whole deal up Gerry. Who had my wife leave me there with no car before trying to tack on another 2k. Unprofessionalism at its finest. Given the negotiating when on for two weeks and what Gerry was presenting me with was worse than than the offer I declined the day before. Therefore, it was very clear Gerry did not look into the file, it's notes, nor listened to his sales rep who had already confirmed the deal I showed up for that day. Multiple sales associates confirmed the sales rep was speaking truly. I was highly dissapointed to find out that the GM was choosing to lose a deal after his own screw up. I will never go back into to Jeep Arrigo again after experiencing what Gerry put me through. Sadly, as the sales rep Malcolm was amazing as I am no easy cookie being a RE agent my whole career. Yet, with leadership like that, no wonder sales reps hands are tied at these dealerships. It lead me to purchase the car cash and avoid Jeep completely with the loan and extended warranty. I went to Goldcoast for that after the fact. Thank you Malcolm! Gerry you lost my business and future referrals do to your lack of expectancy, knowledge of my deal and how you handled me in office.

Second 2500 purchase at this dealership and both

Second 2500 purchase at this dealership and both experiences were exemplary. Sales staff is very professional and management is personable. Both times had exactly the truck I wanted on the lot. Out of my way for service, but I look forward to trying them out this time. Highly recommend

Staff is rude, managers do not care about customer

Staff is rude, managers do not care about customer satisfaction all they care about is the sale, sharks! At least add some customer service to your greed! Used to always buy my cars here but staff is HORRIBLE now, id go to another arrigo. Just look at all the low reviews! It literally a pattern with this facility. Where is corporate when you need them?
