Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram West Palm

Ron, my salesman was a 12 on a 1-10 scale. The most thorough and professional I've ever experienced, and I'm 70! My Renegade was a lemon nightmare. Ron stopped me from continuing with the lemon lawyer I'd engaged. Shane, my service advisor did the best he could. No comment about your service department. One last comment, when I got home last Friday with the warning lights on for a change, I went to shut the car off, and it wouldn't shut off. I called the service department as they were closing and whoever answered told me not to worry about it, just let it run all night and call roadside assistance in the morning. We'll that didn't sit well with me as far as safety so I called the fire department and told them this and freaked. They sent 3 of their guys right over to disconnect the battery. They also wanted to know the name of the dealer. This was my 5th jeep and it was a holy nightmare from the day I got it,without nonstop electrical and key fob issues. When I would call in, the ladies who took the calls (not in service) were the most rude, condescending and disrespectful I've ever experienced anywhere. I own my own business for 35 years and would fire them in 2 seconds. So overall, Ron rates off the charts. I can't say anything close regarding the rest of my experience with Arrigo. I would recommend Ron to anyone I speak to, can't say the same about the rest of my Arrigo experience
