Had a terrible experience with this place. Sloppy work. Could not find the problem.. In addition they gave me a loaner which then started charging the tolls of $15 a day. I also think that they abuse my license and have reported to the police. Had to suspend my credit card due to fraudulent activity to t that place enterprise. Do your self a favor and avoid this place at all costs especially if you care about your car

The purchase of my jeep was so sloppy, first the finance manager did not take the correct deposit resulting in complications in the purchase. Next the sales guy didn’t give me ANY paperwork or receipt for the purchase, although I asked for copies of everything, he promised to email to me which he never did (it is now months later and I have left messages for them to send me a sales receipt, a bill of sale, anything to prove I purchased this vehicle). They also forgot to give me my license plate from my previous vehicle which they should have just transferred to the new jeep. Oh and they didn’t put their paperwork through on the trade in so at some point I was getting charged for both my previous vehicle and my new jeep. Overall extremely disappointed in the work ethic, communication, and job done by everyone at Arrigo. Hopefully someone will send me a sales receipt or paperwork for my vehicle purchase before I file complaints with Jeep cares and BBB.

Great experience with this dealership, I’ve purchased and leased multiple vehicles over the last 15 years and I like the selection of vehicles and I’ve had great experiences with the service department.

The quintessential used car dealership. They use all the used car dealership tactics. Have you wait for hours, try and get you to pay for unnecessary items, etc. etc. Terrible experience.
