The dealership was nice and comfortable. Decorated with Christmas cheer. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My purchase was a great experience thanks to the professional and Knowledgeable employees at Arrigo of West Palm Beach.

Salesman tried to overcharge by $5k on a used car,

Salesman tried to overcharge by $5k on a used car, thinking I wouldn’t look up the internet price .Ended up buying a brand new Jeep from another dealer in delray for the same price they wanted for a 3 year old model. These sales guys know nothing about their units - customers are smarter. Just be professional and honest!

lease went as usual .

lease went as usual ....back and forth...........still an issue left. A piece of paint missing from rear bumper that was seen when I brought it in for something else...I was told they can repair it....cant leave car there someone please call to tell me how to resolve matter...

Easy to deal with.

Easy to deal with. Unique was straight forward and management was direct and willing to negotiate to a reasonable extent. Finance was super simple and you leave with a flash drive that’s got all your docs. This was my families second purchase from Arrigo, oddly both times for a used Tesla.

Some outstanding sales people, some employees not so

Some outstanding sales people, some employees not so good. Process to actually pay for the car and be able to leave with it was ridiculous, repeat paperwork, long waits. I was there for 2 1/2 hours trying to hand over a check and get my car. It took so long there wasn’t time for sales guy to review important features with me. I can’t get some to work now. No one has followed up with me today, either. Not the worst dealership, but inconsistent quality made buying this car not much fun.

Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. Matt in finance was very detailed and extremely helpful as well. Vince was kind, thoughtful and very nice. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The team at Arrigo was professional and friendly, and

The team at Arrigo was professional and friendly, and they helped me with the vehicle purchase. However, I felt some of the add-ons were unclear at the time of signing, and I’m still working on getting those adjusted. I appreciate the sales team’s patience, but I would have liked more transparency in the process. Overall, I’m hopeful the issues will be resolved soon.
