The purchase of a car should feel smooth.

The purchase of a car should feel smooth. Overall my experience at Arrigo did not meet my expectations. I live in South Florida and chose Arrigo due to a more ample inventory than other dealerships. The sales process was not thorough. The sales manager was ambiguous with his numbers. The financing gentleman explained the available options/packages and at the same time explained how he would have done differently with his money.

The sales person was nice but didn't know much about the

The sales person was nice but didn't know much about the vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be detailed before I got it. It was not. The vehicle was dirty. They're crumbs in the console like somebody had just eaten their lunch in the van. It was obviously not washed, forget about being buffed out and looking new. I asked for it to be cleaned. It came back and was still dirty

UNSAFE CARS, and STAFF THAT DISRESPECTS WOMAN!

UNSAFE CARS, and STAFF THAT DISRESPECTS WOMAN!!!!!! They sold me an UNSAFE car and wanted to charge me for the repairs. When I came back to have things fixed they treated me like xxxx and the sales manager Richard treated me with DISRESPECT and talked down to me about cars (I’m assuming because I’m a woman). Insinuating he will cheapen out in order to sale cars, that he only will help people that are “pleasant” and “don’t act crazy”. they sold me a car with different tires and different tread pattern and then wanted to charge me to replace it. The car tail light didn’t work and it costs $400 just for the part. They fixed it at no cost but ONLY after driving back and forth from Fort Lauderdale to WestPB four times. The car has a window sensor issue that that will not address unless I pay for it. There were missing lug nuts in the car tire and. They said the car has not been in on a “reported” accident and the back of the car is damaged as if the car was in an accident that the sales person didn’t disclose on the website or in person. THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES.

Personnel were great but we were misinformed on our 1st

Personnel were great but we were misinformed on our 1st purchase I’m in a wheelchair and couldn’t go there. Went back up to trade in and feel we got screwed cost a fortune and payments are way too high but we had no choice but to return and purchase a different car I could get into. Like what we bought but the $1000 dollar monthly payment is going to kill us and we ended up paying $7000 deposit between the two. Have only used this dealership for all our new vehicles but we were stuck between a rock and is hard place and it caused us a fortune

We were treated very well by everyone at Arrigo Jeep. Ryan Snouffer went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and show us a wide variety of options. Communication was prompt throughout the process and Ryan was great to work with!
