I requested a straightforward and transparent out-the-door price on multiple occasions, but my request was denied. I was informed that my physical presence was necessary to obtain this information. It is important to clarify that my intention was not to engage in negotiations; I simply sought to ascertain the total cost, which they declined to disclose. The addition of a $2,995 charge for the "Arriago Advantage" and the subsequent "over-allowance" offered for my trade-in are both deceptive practices. Regardless of whether the final price is $35,000 or $50,000, the price should be clearly stated without any ambiguity. Imagine encountering such deceptive practices on a daily basis while shopping at a mall. While I acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the salesperson, Mr. Herman, which warrants a three-star rating, there is a clear need for improvement in the dealership's overall approach to pricing transparency.

Salesman was helpful, but lacked knowledge of closing documents. Finance manager was very rude. Will not be our first choice for next lease.
