Horrible experience. I drove 5 hours one way to pick up my jeep and was told by the salesman that it was detailed and ready to go. When I arrived it was covered in tree sap. The salesman said that he saw it but didn’t want to throw the detail department under the bus so he didn’t say anything. I ended up spending an extra 2 hours while I waited for it to be detailed properly.

The process was too long and i got charged 2k extra just for 200 miles more on my lease trade in i was exhausted because i had to drive 4 hrs to go pick up the new car and trade in the old one and i didn’t fight it it was already late but $2k more for extra 200 miles was not ok and they knew i had my kid and we were super tired i felt like i was taken advantage of but whatever next time im not rushing the process i learned my lesson

The best car dealership is in west palm beach , they respectfull , and they listen they will get you what you need and make you happy, they will not let you leave without the car you want…
