Very efficient organization, including technicians, advisors, and cashiers. They delivered the work on time with quality and advised me of service activity costs. I would recommend if an assigned service advisor will be temporarily absent that the customer be proactively notified and provided an alternate point of contact for questions and status updates.

Adrian was wonderful.
Adrian was wonderful. Best car buying experience we’ve had. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the Jeep. Danilo was wonderful as well. We will definitely come back when we’re ready for another car. Happy to refer our friends to the dealership !

Alex was great and was cordial and polite.
Alex was great and was cordial and polite. However, our vehicle was struck and damaged while there. Also, the problem for which it was originally taken is still broken. Alex is the only reason I will be returning.

WORST DEAL EVER!
WORST DEAL EVER!! They sold me a Grand Cherokee, low miles, great condition. The moment I’m going to jump on it, “it has a recall”, no problem, “you will get a loaner car brand new for a couple of days”. They took my license plate and “saved it in the draw” while my car was ready. I came to pick up my car and they just gave me another plate!!! Just like that. What?? My plate was a golf plate, this one is a regular one. Where is my plate? “Somebody stole it”. Really, and you want to give me another just like that??? Where is the police report. They don’t have it. Until I said the deal was off the table, they agree on send me a new golf plate. THIS IS NOT THE WORST. The next week I got the loan information from the bank and Surprise!! The used car I bought for $36,000 now is a $51,000 debt??What??? My sales person said my trade in loan will be take care without a problem. I owed $22k and the actual trade in was $19k. I had the Carmax appraisal for $21k. What!!! Yes $2k less. Then he said the “Installed Arrigo Autoadvantage” that is a warranty cost was a mandatory one if I want it the car….$2,995!!! Today talking with my bank they said that that is not a mandatory warranty… basically they lied upfront to just get more money. Then they charged $803.85 non tax fees plus $998 doc fees. $7k down my friends. Then the GAP and the bumper to bumper warranty were the only amounts that had some logic. I just want to return this car and never hear from them again. DON’T BUY A CAR HERE - THEY ONLY LIE And my plate is still a paper one!!

The buying experience was very good.
The buying experience was very good. My sales rep was a total professional. Finance and insurance reps were on their games as well. However, I am upset that my new car is already in for service after just 6 days of ownership and only 200 miles. Power window won't roll up! I was told that I would not have my new vehicle back for at least 1 week. I know these things happen. I appreciate the loaner and the professionalism of the service staff, but not being able to drive my brand new car puts a damper on an otherwise pleasant experience. PS - was I supposed to get a welcome kit?
