Arrived early on Saturday Morning for Oil And Filter Change . Did not have an Appointment, it was very busy . Was Greeted and waited on Promptly. Waited for Truck , completed Service in a Timely manor . Was happy with Richardson and Service done .

I was scheduled for specific recalls, and I left my truck
I was scheduled for specific recalls, and I left my truck for the entire day to find out a part needed for the recalls was not in stock. Now I have to wait to be rescheduled. I also got an email a few days ago saying I missed my appointment, which I didn't.
