I was scheduled for specific recalls, and I left my truck for the entire day to find out a part needed for the recalls was not in stock. Now I have to wait to be rescheduled. I also got an email a few days ago saying I missed my appointment, which I didn't.

Upon arrival the service team greeted me very professional especially Samuel trajo the service advisor and also I had questions about the computer in my car and the sales advisor Jaime crespi was very helpful and fix the problem 😃
