Service was excellent and timely! No complaints. I have nothing else to share. I would consider not forcing customers to give you a minimum amount of words to use. FYI annoying!

Neither I nor the sales staff knew enough about the car
Neither I nor the sales staff knew enough about the car when I took it. I drove it home with a 33 % charge and no way to charge it without opening an account with Tesla or purchasing an adapter for the power plug. It took two days to solve the problem. Chantelle was amazing but had no idea what I would need to own the car. Juan was able to walk me through the process with Tesla and did most of the work. Juan and his dog did the best they could. I think things would have moved along a little better without his dog, which he had to take home while we waited. Chantelle was very professional. I'll stop there.

Rudy was very nice and helpful.
Rudy was very nice and helpful. However, was usually too busy to follow up most of the time. I took my car in 4 different times for the same exact reason and the issue was never resolved. The last time I took my car in for the same problem, they kept my car for 2 months and focysed on something completely different than what I initially kept bringing it in for. I got my car back 2 months later with a new engine (not what I took it in for) and STILL having the same problem with my brakes. Their reason was that they never heard of this problem and couldn’t figure it out so my true mechanical problem remains unresolved.

Kenny and the whole sales team were absolutely amazing, I felt like this was the most transparent and fluid experience I've ever had with purchasing a car. The friendly staff did not miss a beat when it came to making me feel at home and I would do it all over again.
