What an experience! Came to Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation and left completely amazed and impressed. Ashley Szepesi service advisor greeted me with friendliness and professionalism. Everything was beautifully explained. I was hungry and decided to go to a nearby restaurant that the dealership paid for the urber ride there and back to the restaurant. As I relaxed and ate my meal, I was sent a text link by the service representative that allowed me to see the technician servicing my Jeep and narrating the inspection process via my cell phone. Unbelievable! I was notified my text that my vehicle was ready, picked up by an uber sent by the service representative. Upon my arrival, the service representative met me at the entrance with key in hand. She also had my vehicle washed and vacuumed. The dealership was running a special on oil changes and I received a good discount. I also had opted for the wheel rotation service. I was blown away by the service to be honest. The video narration of my vehicle inspection was impressive to say the least. In conclusion, this was an A+ experience all the way around. Who would of thought that getting a simple oil change cold bring so much good feelings. Their service department is a rare ace team. Good job!
