I had a fantastic experience with the service department at Arrigo CDJR Sawgrass. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The work was completed on time and my car is running better than ever. I really appreciated the attention to detail and honest communication — no surprises, just excellent service. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. It took me a week to figure out who Jesse/Jesus
It took me a week to figure out who Jesse/Jesus was—nobody seemed to know this service advisor by that name. Then I found out that he had changed his name, and everyone actually knew him as Jesus, even though he told me his name was Jesse. He even wrote it down for me. He disappeared for a couple of days for training, and in the meantime, I had to deal with different people, going back and forth trying to figure out if the vehicle was ready. Not the best place to buy or service your vehicle.
