The oil express (7AM) change is the worst, service
The oil express (7AM) change is the worst, service manager needs to be more proactive on why customers are waiting an 1 hour 45minute.I had a 7 o’clock appointment which I made buy phone. Here is an idea have 2men doing oil changes not 1 man trying to cover booth lanes is not very efficient. What is even worse is the poor customer who has to wait. It’s just as easy to buy my own oil bring it to my mechanic for 1/3 the cost. Did not wash my. Truck washed—> no. With my management skills I could have you up and running efficiently. Here is the killer the coupon I had did not include my truck cause of special blend oil. Ripoff Get it right

Rated this place -10! Regret buying a brand new truck RAM 1500. Truck is having transmission issues and yet the advisor Rudy Hernandez wants me to pay a rental to leave my truck at the dealer. This place is a joke! DO NOT BUY A CAR AT ARRIGO SAWGRASS

Where do I start I made an appointment for the service department with Mr. Floyd at 8 am due to possible transmission or rear differential issue I dropped off my truck with the expectation that I would get a diagnostic after 4 hours I called to get an update nothing was done with my truck I was informed after the fact that my truck would have to stay for 3 to 5 days and that a transmission mechanic had to do the diagnostic I was not informed of this by Mr Floyd when I dropped the truck off I also wasn't offered a loaner or rental since my truck would have to stay I did not leave my truck I asked why my truck wasn't looked at and I was told no transmission mechanic was available I have always brought my trucks to arrigo for years this was a sad day first time service has failed I was not happy.
