I brought my Wrangler in for service on the gas cap. Jaylen found another issue with a leaking shock and replaced it under warranty. The professionalism and attention to detail is what makes the difference.

Against my better judgement I tried this service
Against my better judgement I tried this service department again. Sadly, the one specific thing I asked that was very important to me was not checked and addressed. The tire pressure for one tire showed low. As I drove off it was still low. I thought that would reset as I drove. It didn’t. I called the service advisor who took 10 minutes to come yo the phone and she lied to me. She doesn’t care. This company doesn’t care. The “video” that was promised of the technician performing checks never arrived. The phone number I called to speak to a department manager from a follow up email remains unanswered after two days. Sad thing is that this place is closest to me for the brand I favor. The brand I intended to shop with for a new vehicle in two months. I may have to be less brand specific. There are too many recalls on Jeeps anyway. People are supposed to bake it break your business. This service department simply never gets it right.

Nice dealership good follow up.
Nice dealership good follow up. Jake who handles the transaction friendly and extremely helpful. Was a bit discouraged when the online sales price was attractive but when I got to the dealership I did not qualify for the discounts offer. After negotiation we agreed on what I felt was a fair price. After agreeing to the price, I was out of there in less than an hour.

The worst in phone services.
The worst in phone services. The worst in Finance. The add-in’s were deceptive. I’ll never purchase nor will I refer anyone to purchase there.
