Car Buyers PLEASE BEWARE.
Car Buyers PLEASE BEWARE. This dealership is an absolute nightmare and easily this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. I flew in from outside the mainland US to purchase a vehicle from Arrigo Chrysler Sawgrass, trusting that I was dealing with a professional operation. What a mistake. They gladly took my money, cashed my check, and promised everything was in order. Fast forward over two months, and the car I paid for is still sitting on their lot. I still haven’t received the title, after I’ve already paid for them to process it (one of the many fees charged) at the time of the sale. Worse yet, they’ve gone completely silent. No returned calls, no updates, no accountability. Routed to voicemails after being on hold for hours. It’s like once they got paid, they vanished. This isn’t just bad service, it’s shady and I’m one step away from taking legal action. To anyone thinking of buying from this dealership: PLEASE DON’T, especially if your vehicle is for export. They don’t know what they’re doing. If you do get to speak with someone, they’ll continuously transfer you to someone else. They’re unreliable, unresponsive, and clearly don’t care about their customers once they’ve secured the sale. I’m now left chasing down a title for a car I paid for months ago, and making payments on a vehicle I can’t even drive. I sold my previous vehicle, to purchase a Jeep, as our family is expanding and we needed a more sensible car for where we live. I can’t even take another trip back to their dealership now to see what’s going on in person, as I am too far along in my pregnancy to fly. I wish I listened to other negative reviews that I saw here, but I figured that the positive ones would outweigh the negative experiences that some people had, and I was woefully mistaken. Avoid Arrigo Chrysler Sawgrass at all costs. I wish I never purchased a vehicle from them, and if there’s a quick way to get a refund I will, and just go to another dealership with better practices. You’ve been warned. It doesn’t take this long to buy a vehicle or get a title. You’re better off buying from literally anyone else.

I had my truck towed through my Arrigo Warranty Plan.
I had my truck towed through my Arrigo Warranty Plan. The truck was picked up from my driveway by the driver and there was no damage as indicated by the photos he took. When I went to pick up the truck there was damage to the rear bumper on the driver's side. Serous sends me a video showing the damage. The towing company was quick to point out that the truck's location in the video was not the place he dropped it and it already had a service tag on the rear view mirror, so it was moved and it is damaged and the towing company said they are not responsible. I got the tow through Arrigo so who is fixing my bumper?

Service advisor always on point and super helpful. The only difference between my previous than this last one, I did not get the Video Update of my Jeep, since I need to keep updated my company with the status of my Jeep.
