My friend bought a car from this dealer had it for 21 days and it started over heating 800 dollars later she is back on the road but no help from the dealer do not I repeat do not purchase a vehicle from this place.

Didn't contact back. When going there to look at the vehicle, they didn't mention the cracked windshield and other issues on the listing that is deceiving in the pictures on the website.

Not only is the car I purchased from here not able to run only two weeks after purchasing the car (only drove it on weekends for my 2nd job) but I had to go retrieve the title myself after waiting forever for it to come in the mail so I could get the car plates. The engine is also blown. Before even purchasing the car I took it over to get diagnosed by those little machines and it said nothing was wrong but maybe an oil change soon and something else that had nothing to do with the issues I’m experiencing. A couple weeks go by and still no title so I eventually js go and pick them up myself. After eternity in that muggy waiting room Sammy finally found my title and said it had been sent back to him and he hadn’t had a chance to resend it but it didn’t even have a stamp on it… this place is so unprofessional and honestly I don’t know why I didn’t turn back when I got the gut feeling. I gave this dude no issues, kept a good spirit besides all the issues during the process and even had the piece of xxxx payed off within two days. Not including the day in between it took him to send me the link to make the final payment (I even reached out to him multiple times to make the final payment). It’s very unfortunate that businesses don’t give a crap about you or anything else besides how they get their next check. Leaving you stranded and with more on your plate than you had in the first place.

Very unprofessional place won't ever do business with these people again a joke of a place

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. This was a straight cash buy as he doenst do financing. Thank you all from Heather and Wyatt!
