Cody in service was excellent along with all the staff. Brought in truck from another dealer that lied to me from very beginning. Thankfully I had warranty to cover all costs. Essentially I have a new truck with all needed repairs.. to repair cost near 6 thousand dollars

I serviced my car ( changed the engine oil) with this branch (James St) twice and i am disappointed twice. My car is Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. Recently after they done changing the oil, I entered my car, I could smell very strong oil. I thought they probably spilled it while they pouring it or filling it up. So I drove it away. The next day, the smell was gone. But after I drove the car, I could smell it again. I thought probably the A/C ( heater) that bring the smells into the car. So turned it off but can't for long time because my windshield started foggy and I can't see clearly. It's dangerous and I feels cold in this weather so I let the heater running. My kids could smell it too and they dislike the smells. I called Ford Bellingham and complained about it. They said i need to bring it for diagnosis and leave the car for the whole day. I requested for a free charge to check it out but they said NO. I will need to pay $175 perhour. OMG!! I was surprised how much it would cost me if I leave my car that long!! So I decided not to sent it for diagnosis. I felt dizzy inhaled the smells for few hours yesterday. I stopped driving and asking my friend help to check the car. We were surprised to find out that the lid ( cap) for the engine oil was missing and the oil messed everywhere on the engine and the inner hood. The engine oil was very low. This is dangerous for my safety and health as I was driving long distance to Seattle and Mount Vernon recently. The previous service ( my 1st with them) was they makes mistakes writing on the reminder sticker and mileage that I need to come back in 3 months time but actually i purchased the expensive oil which should last for 6 months but it's was too late because they already drained out the oil after I noticed it in the system during the 2nd time service. I was not happy when they said they can't do anything about that. I was expecting some refund or voucher or discount but nothing . Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

general manager & service manager absolutely impossible to get to do recall warranty work if your vehicle isnt a new purchase . made an appointment for complete service on a used purchase, all fluids,belts,plug wires , sparkplugs, fi;ters. easy to get the appt 3days out. when i asked about recall #15b22 trans control module reprogram said they couldnt do it 6 month waiting list. took my business to skagit ford got it all done , no problem. called to get service on recall 14m02 trans control module, said the part was 23,000 parts back ordered, and even if they could get the part it be a year before they could install it. purchased the part same day at skagit ford, part installed in a week, recall letter instructions were to have ford service process the reciepts for the work . general manager refused to follow ford recall instructions. filed a complaint with corporate customer relations office today. they opened a case using the vin# on my recall & took a recorded statement, hope this resolves some issues.

We were shopping for a New 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid and found the PERFECT car for us. We then test drove the car and it had NO problems. The car was ship shape and we came in to buy it. The staff didn't rush us and we got a heck of a deal. The Simoniz was a great purchase and nothing has happened related to dealer problems. We went in for a backup camera repair and they were quick and easy to work with. The car has lasted us an amazing 1 year and we have had to do minimal repairs! Would ABSOLUTELY buy from them again no questions asked!!!
