Tim was excellent.

Tim was excellent. He knew what car I was looking for and let me when one came in. But, was never the “pushy car salesman “. Very helpful and pleasant to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with him.

Told them what i wanted and it was accepted first time

Told them what i wanted and it was accepted first time no counter offer. This is the 2nd new car i bought in the last year. Good experience both times. Addi helped me both times. She is great at making you comfortable and no pressure. listens to your wants and needs for new car. I brought the first one she picked out. new what i wanted

It was just so easy to complete the buying and trade in progress. Little effort on my part. I test drove and then just signed the papper work. Probably have a customer for life. It was easiest transaction i ever had buying a car.

My sales rep whom seemed very honest was very helpful in

My sales rep whom seemed very honest was very helpful in fitting me with a car that I liked. After looking at 3 different styles I found what I wanted. Unfortunately I was on a budget and was forced to go down the ladder on the price alittle but the car style was the same(just not as loaded) I accepted that but was very adamant on needing AWD. He told me it did have AWD. I was very pleased and with a short test drive I was satisfied this cars for me. I moved on with the purchase not realizing I had been misled purposely or not on the AWD. Turned out to be a FWD. I take some of the fault for not catching it but my confidence in the salesman was strong. When I realized the mistake it was to late. I texted him about it and was not available when he called back so he left me an "I'm so sorry text message". Even the text was a soft not his problem kinda tone. I learned a lesson and will never repeat it. I only ask that you don't xxxx on anyone else just to sell a car. Be seeing you.

Never use their service shop.

Never use their service shop. I bought my car from them in 2024 and recently had a emissions light come on. I requested service online, asked for a rental car. When I showed up, the gentleman who helped me said I may not need a rental ( before looking at my car) said give him a few minutes to hook it up to diagnosis it. I waited over an hour, missed an appointment, asked them nicely for a update, was told very little. 30 mins later I demanded my car back because I had to pick my dad up from the hospital and then go pick up death certificates of my recently passed husband. They brought my car to me aggressively, said almost nothing to me. I took my car to Dream Nissan at the legends, they informed me what was going on but can't get my parts covered under warranty due to elevated Nissan writing up a lengthy report to Nissan about my vehicle that they did nothing on. To top it off i had 2 free oil changes and 2 free tire rotations that they never turned into Nissan that I paid them for in the past.
