Travis was very helpful and professional.
Travis was very helpful and professional. I had been communicating with him via text messaging the day prior to me making a 3 hour drive to the car lot. He kept in contact with me enough to show that he cared but didn't pester me like other car lots have been. When arriving at the lot we were professionally greated by Travis. I already had my mine made up about which model of car I wanted and color. He showed me which ones that I was interested in looking at, after I decided which one we went inside and started the buying processes. Travis was very informative and when he wasn't sure of an answer to a question he made sure to go ask and get the correct answer. The process moved along very fast (which was perfect considering we had a 3 hour drive home) Travis made sure we were comfortable and engaged in casual conversations with us. I asked Travis how long he has been selling cars and he said 2 months which was a huge surprise to me he seemed like such a natural at it. I totally recommend buying a car from Travis! Thank you Travis I hope you stick with selling cars and I see you again in the future for my next buying experience!
