Cassie has showed us genuine customer service and concern. She is a treasure for Toyota of Gladstone! Everyone in the dealership were so nice and approachable. Definitely recommend this great Toyota dealership!!!

Salesman Nate Young did an outstanding job from first discussion through post-sale follow up as my sales guy/customer advocate at Toyota of Gladstone. I feel he really looked out for me throughout the entire purchase experience. He took such good care of me that I felt secure to fly to his Gladstone, OR dealership all the way from the Midwest, was kindly picked up by him at the airport and then drove my new 2024 Camry 2,300 miles back to home. I have since recommended Nate and his fine care to a friend of mine in Denver who is doing the same thing to buy her new 4Runner this week. The plus is that the new car customer gets to drive their new Toyota right off the showroom floor…a nice touch. Also, the new Toyota pricing was transparent and highly competitive.

The dealership immediately caught my eye by looking at its website. A lot of the dealerships I looked at didn’t have any cars that I liked. This one, however, had 4 which is crazy! Even found one by going there. They had amazing options.

A price of a car was listed online as one price. When I contacted the company to inquire about it, they said it was accidentally listed at an incorrect price, which they said the actual price is $30,000 MORE than what it was listed for online. This online price was also listed on other sites which lead me to this SCAMMERSHIP, I mean dealership. They said they would not honor the price that was listed ON THEIR WEBSITE. I told them I feel that this is false advertising and how could I trust a dealership that advertizes false prices on their website. SCAMMERS. DIRTY DEALS. NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE.

The dealership was clean and presented well , the car was absolutely spotless. Dusty Call made the process the best , he is the reason for the 5 star review , he was patient ( I ask a ton of questions ) he helped us make the best possible decision for our financial situation. He was great with our kids we had a 5 year old and 7 year old with us which is not always easy when purchasing or even looking at a new vehicle. I will send everyone I know to Dusty Call and Gladstone toyota. Thank you again Dusty !
