I’m so Glad! I went to Gladstone Toyota to purchase my new Tacoma. Before my purchase at Gladstone I went to a few Toyota dealerships and found them to be disingenuous. My goal was to have a new truck but equally important was to have a positive experience making that big purchase! Dusty, is amazing. Why? Because he honestly went about figuring out exactly what I wanted and opened me up to other vehicle options as a way to define my ideal truck. Then once we both figured out we were both on the same page. He kept in communication with me when my perfect price and type of Tacoma became available at the dealership. Dusty walked me thru the process of financing with Toyota. Originally, I went thru my Bank to finance but the rates with Toyota saved me 2% reduction in interest. Then of course purchasing is a lengthy process, Dusty was very accommodating and explained everything as well as everyone who works there are very pleasant and helpful. So when I finally had my keys in hand and a full tank of gas. I drove out of Gladstone Toyota dealership a happy and proud owner of Tacoma. Thank you Dusty!

Devan was awesome!!! The car is great and I love it! Finance team was great also! Once everything was signed foe the trade and we got half way home, we discovered a large crack in the windshield and are pending a response on that, but I'm sure it will be taken care of!

We recently purchased a Toyota BZ4X, and I'm quite disappointed that a reputable car manufacturer like Toyota would release a car to the market with such little range and charge testing. To begin with, Toyota has fallen short in training their dealership staff to provide accurate information about their new electric vehicle. During the sale, the representative mentioned a 250-mile range and claimed it would take just 35 minutes for a 20% to 80% charge with a DC fast charger. However, even with a 350 kWh fast charger, it actually takes an hour to charge from roughly 40% to 80%. If you're using a 100 kWh charger, it's even slower. This means that a trip from PDX to SeaTac would take around 7 hours, necessitating three charging stops - primarily because the highway mileage isn't great and charging is time-consuming. As a result, my journey to SeaTac, with a roughly 2-hour stopover, turned into a grueling 13-hour ordeal (from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm) with five charges on DC fast charging. To make matters worse, Toyota advises against DC fast charging more than twice a day, effectively limiting this car's usefulness for long-distance travel unless you're prepared to spend a day just getting to Seattle. Despite these glaring issues, when we contacted the dealership, we discovered that these problems are prevalent with the BZ4X. Unfortunately, neither the dealership nor Toyota is willing to take responsibility for these shortcomings. Essentially, I'm left with the burden of paying extra to terminate the lease on a vehicle that was sold to me without accurate information by an uninformed salesperson. The dealership's customer service is abysmal; once they have you locked into an agreement, they seem to wash their hands of any concerns you might have. They simply don't care about customer issues.

I was shopping around A LOT for a new-to-me truck and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better human being to help me than Eric Kalik at Toyota of Gladstone. He truly wanted what was going to be the best fit of vehicle for me and never pressured, hounded, or hassled me after I had come to check out a truck on one particular day. I left that day knowing I could always call or text him if I had any questions, and I did just that. Tacomas don’t last long on that lot and as soon as I saw it come up on the internet I raced over and Eric facilitated a quick check-out, as the truck was freshly on the lot and hadn’t even been inspected yet. I immediately fell in love with the truck and Eric helped me secure it, and subsequently get the necessary checks & repair/maintenance in a very efficient & timely manner. Throughout the rest of the buying experience Eric made sure I was 100% happy with the vehicle, and I have to say, I’ve honestly never been happier with a vehicle purchase than I am with this one. Danny was awesome and helpful and attentive. He listened and had to forego his lunch to keep me company while I waited. He even helped clean out my trade in. He gets 5 plus stars. Dealership was fine. The only ding is that it took quite a long time from the sale write up to get to see the finance guy to finish paperwork.
