Dusty is a friendly, smart, helpful person with a lot of experience. I have been in the market for a new car for over 3 months and I have been to 3 other car dealerships prior to coming to Toyota of Gladstone. Dusty helped my find a car within an hour of arriving at the dealership. He was easy going and straight to the point. I did not feel any pressure from him to buy a car during my visit there.
