I loved the whole experience. It was very clean and very nice to be there. She was very welcoming. She kept in contact with me and helped me along the way. She went above and beyond. Very fast to get there and put my deposit down gave me a very reasonable price for my trade in. I was previously going to bend Oregon but Gladstone was more welcome and better prices. Made me feel like family and that I had made a new friend. I’m so in love with my truck and could not have happened without Cassie. Thank you so very much. I will be going back to see everyone and I will be recommending to everyone I meet.

Eric Kalik was absolutely amazing! I can't count how many dealerships I had to deal with finding the car with my exact request were proving to be hard for everyone else bit within the first call with Eric i new I would be buying a car from the Gladstone dealership they all were great when we finally found the right grand highlander they has us in an out!

Wow! Great service from Cassie. There was none of the "typical" car sales b.s.. Even Brian, the finance/ service warranty guy was great. We waited about 6 weeks for our corrola cross, hybrid, but the wait was worth it. We feel the trade-in offer for our Subaru was fair. Maybe Cassie is so good because she is new to the industry and, thankfully, has not yet succumbed to the car sales demon. Fight the demon, stay nice, sincere, and authentic! Thank you for a great experience.
