Overall great buying experience, I would highly recommend. I worked with Becka to purchase a ‘23 Tacoma TRD OR Lunar Rock, and she was very helpful and responsive. My situation was unique as I was living out of state when ordering the truck, so did everything over the phone. Unlike some of the other dealers in the area, they do not mark up their vehicles, some tried marking up the vehicle $3K which is a terrible long term business model. I paid MSRP and when the first truck I got the spec sheet for had a few add-ons I didn’t want, Becka sent me another truck built the way I wanted right away. When I got to Oregon to pick up the truck, there was nothing that I wasn’t expecting. The truck I ordered was the one I got, and the price I got was the one I paid. Due to my unique living situation and state residency there was some additional paperwork I had to do, and their financial folks helped me out with all of it without issue. Overall there was never any kind of pushy, aggressive, or otherwise negative sales tactics. Toyota of Gladstone runs a very good business and I will return the next time I need a new car.

June 3, 2023 We just bought a RAV-4 from Gladstone Toyota as we value dealing with local business and service entities. We bought this vehicle specifically to install hand driving equipment. But the battery went dead as we wait for the equipment. Gladstone Toyota sent out as part of their customer service a repair truck to recharge the battery. We then drove it in to have it checked for possible replacement. They totally recharge the battery; gave us courtesy LYFT rides home and back to get the car; then gave us a FREE coupon to get our car washed at WASHMAN down the street - another local vendor. This has been quite and ordeal getting the hand driving equipment, but Gladstone Toyota really stepped up and has made this challenging journey just a little bit easier. Thank you, Gladstone Toyota.

Very clean impressive facility. Super accommodating, with a lot of inventory. The whole process of purchasing a car was very quick and simple.

Alberto made finding the car we wanted at the price we could afford a breeze! From texting price guarantee’s on multiple cars when asked, to staying 7.5 hours after his shift ended to make sure we got the car we wanted. Even when it took an hour to decide on color. He is very knowledgeable, and didn’t hesitate to get answers on any questions no matter what they were. It was easy to see they are the cheapest in Oregon by far! He wasn’t annoying or pushy either like most car salesman I’ve dealt with. When I told him what I wanted over the phone, he gave me a few links and wanted us to come up to check some cars out, but he understood since we were over an hour away that we wanted to do the least amount of driving. When we finally came to an agreement on price on two cars and decided to go up to the dealership, he was very welcoming and not pushy in any way. We were greeted with water and allowed to relax and take all the time we needed. No rush. I highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone! Just ask for Alberto!
