Mr. Navas was great, but the buying process is not ideal.
Mr. Navas was great, but the buying process is not ideal. The markup over MSRP was higher than any other local dealer quoted me. The first-come first-serve policy was also stressful, requiring us to race to the dealership during business hours to get there before another customer so we could claim a vehicle, rather than just maintaining a wait-list and taking a deposit over the phone. That said, they were great with communication and were the first dealership in the area to get me a Sienna that met my needs.

Great process purchasing the vehicle however delivery was
Great process purchasing the vehicle however delivery was less than desirable. Detailing team left the vehicle undesirable for the price and odometer of 3 miles. Overall pickup process was a bit long for my taste. Purchase and finance was easy and transparent. Overall best experience I had shopping around in the area.

Daniel was such a great person to work with. Zero pressure, totally patient with questions, and willing to review options over and over. He spent a lot of time with my 80+ mother explaining how the technology in the car worked. He kept it light and fun. The whole experience felt like he was part of our family.
