The process was relatively smooth. We did have to wait about a week for the car because of low inventory. Car was in great shape when we received it, and we were given the chance to go over it and ask any questions.

The seller did his job well, I reserved a sienna, I did everything they asked me, what was in my hands, I finally received a couple of emails saying that the car was mine after 2 weeks they changed everything and the manager sold the sienna that It was already reserved for me, I had to buy another one very different from what the other one was, they are not serious they believe that with a sorry they fix everything, they are not professionals they forced me to buy a nw sealant for $ 2500 and they did not apply it to them they lied to me very dishonest👎👎👎

Toyota of Gladstone had cars with good level of optional packages. I loved that. Most other dealerships have expensive and unnecessary packages that increase a car's price but not the value. Eric Kalik was kind and straightforward. There was no undue pressure. He shared all information and made time to clarify my questions during the entire 2 weeks that I was waiting for my car.
