Roni was great! We came in looking to buy a prius and were glad we did. Roni greeted us when we got there, was friendly without being overbearing, and really worked to help us find a car that would work for us. At no point did my wife or I feel like Roni was being gimmicky. She walked us around the lot multiple times, and despite being there for hours, never left us to go find another customer. She is a great person to work with, and we both commented that not only were we glad to have gotten the car we did, but we were glad that we got to work with Roni. We had a great experience, and when it is time to find the next car, we will definitely start at Toyota of Gladstone.

JP was super helpful when I first came to test drive the RAV4. He wasn't pushy or anything else car salesmen get accused of. When I came back the next day, he was busy and kindly referred me to Carl who was incredibly helpful, friendly, informative and straightforward, and very easy to work with. Manuel was helpful and accommodating so we could find the car we wanted in our price range right away. There was a pretty long wait at the dealership, but he checked in on us often to let us know what was happening and to see if we needed anything.
