Lina was amazing! Her manager however, was condescending, and did not give me the agreed upon price for my trade in. But, because I didn’t want to speak with him again.. I just signed.

The dealership was very helpful and willing to work with us. Lina went back and forth several times in a downpour to get us keys to look at different cars and offered my wife an umbrella which I felt was a nice gesture. When the dealership made a small mistake with the taxes (Washington buyer), they were quick to accept that it was their mistake, and they made it right. I thought that was something very unique because not all dealerships are willing to make things right, let alone admit that they made a mistake. Overall I would go back there to buy my next Toyota and would definitely recommend this dealership to friends.
