I took my car for an oil change , horrible Service

I took my car for an oil change , horrible Service customer service..,upsetting since I have been a loyal customer since 2008. I wasn’t offered complimentary ride to my residence due to distance, such a shame corners of cost being cut.

Took my car in for a simple oil change.

Took my car in for a simple oil change. Got my car back with a heavily scratched dashboard. Looks like the tech put something on the dash when he went to inspect the cabin air filter. Very poor treatment of customers vehicles. Interior damage that could have easily been avoided and should have never occurred.

I went to fix the coolant bypass valve because the check

I went to fix the coolant bypass valve because the check engine light is on all the time so they said they change the part but the check engine lights is still on, then I asked them what’s going on with the check engine light’s they said sorry but we can’t help you, they refused fix my car

I needed brake service and a headlight bulb installed.

I needed brake service and a headlight bulb installed. I went to Toyota Keyes in Van Nuys without an appointment. I was immediately greeted by a service member and introduced me to Giovani . He was friendly and professional. I went home during the service but I received my car in a reasonable time. I liked how I received what needed to be done via a texted link to a website. I chose what I wanted. I feel it’s better than a phone call. The price for the work was fair. I picked up the car the next day (my choice). Giovani recognized me when I walked into the office. Overall, I was impressed with Giovani who is an asset to this location . Thanks to the rest of the team.
