Man if i could i would give them negative stars, feb 28th 2026 i took a drive to this dealer went to test drive a 19 Cadillac Escalade Esv with the sales guy Avan, beautiful vehicle loved it. Keep in mind the Escalade was 25k flat w/ 120k miles, i was trading in my 14 Jeep SRT i owed 11.8k (willing to put down money no biggie) credit over 620 on they were giving me 11k w/ 160k miles engine itself was brand new had it replace less than 25k miles, regular wear & tear. They started running numbers. Numbers came back 3 banks picked me up 16.1% interest rate for all 3xs supposedly didnt change They didnt want to show mw the computer so i can see what they banks numbers were just wrote everything on a piece of paper and tried to get 15k-20k out of me they got the manager to force me into taking a $680 carnote for 60months w/ 16.% interest rate after i told them i needed to be below $500 carnote and i wanted to see what the banks actually said and where was the $15-$20k coming from he kept repeating we are almost there what if i can get it lowered $10šŸ¤”šŸ¤£šŸ˜ so he got mad started yelling at me saying its not alot and called my Jeep a Piece of šŸ’© ( bad business ) lol i told them I will return monday when the banks open so i can call myself and get my actual numbers And thats what i did and they put me out lol i was under $500 in carnote lower interest but i didnt want it any more, they broke my Coolant holes connector while inspecting my jeep why? Idk i found out because i kept smelling coolant and looked under the car seen drops of coolant, looked under the hood there it was right in the back by the firewall the clip was even rotated a different way and the holes print from the clip was not lined up had to get my jeep towed. Wish i could post pictures

quick and efficient service. i submitted my inquiry online the night before. first thing in the morning carlos and nate gave me a call and worked out a deal with me. i came the next day to check out the car and finalize. everything in person was excellent as well, no surprises. thanks guys

They would not disclose the Doc Fees over the phone. Said that it depends on which car you are buying. That's a RED FLAG.
