I recently purchased a 2026 BMW X3 M50i from Sterling BMW, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care for the customer. I had my heart set on a very specific build, a black-on-black X3 M50i with the 21” M wheels and Sterling BMW had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock. Before even stepping into the dealership, I worked with Sepehr via phone and email. He was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and willing to work with me to get a deal done. We went back and forth on numbers, and to my surprise, we were able to reach a fantastic agreement before I even arrived in person. When I visited the dealership, the experience was just as smooth. Sepehr welcomed me, and we continued the negotiation face-to-face. What I really appreciated was the collaborative approach, instead of the usual high-pressure back-and-forth, it felt like we were working together to land on a fair, workable deal that made sense for both sides. The process was efficient, straightforward, and exceeded my expectations. Driving home in the exact X3 M50i I wanted, knowing I got an amazing deal, was the perfect ending to an already outstanding experience. If you’re in the market for a BMW, I highly recommend Sterling BMW, and ask for Sepehr. He made the entire buying process easy, enjoyable, and truly rewarding.
