After 2 days and 13 dealerships later, Brandon Mitsubishi was the first and last choice. The first time, it was a horrible experience with salespeople not even affiliated with the place due to some promotion crap. We returned with a direct sale online with Feliksa and Ed in finance. Went in, went over the numbers, signed and left. That is how car shopping should be. I would recommended this team and will return to them for my next purchase.

I went there with a budget in mind. Told the guy my budget and he showed me a car. I asked to see more cars and he pulls up a car out of my range. Then other guys jumped in trying to sell me this car that is way out of my range. I had to stay there awhile to get them to understand my price range. I got a vehicle but by the time I was done it was closing time so I couldn’t get it detailed. They told me to come back to get it detailed and fill up the tank since the car was on E and the gas light was on. I left and came back a few days later. While waiting in the lobby, I witnessed the guy I dealt with for my car pull on a woman’s arm telling her she needs to go with him. She asked him where she had to go cuz she was with a customer. He grabbed her armed and pulled her out of the chair and told her she had to go with him. She kept asking why and where but he didn’t answer her but was cussing up a storm saying f#xx this xxxx, this is bullish!t while walking out of the building. I was in shock. I get my car out of detailing and noticed they scraped off my parking sticker for my apt complex. When I went back inside to find out where my sticker was and why it was removed, I was told by a salesman that the car wash must’ve washed it off. There was no way! These parking stickers stay on my vehicles through plenty of car washes and never came off. I told him this and he walked back and came up front and said he couldn’t find it. I saw I didn’t get any gas and I asked why I didn’t get any gas and was told that they only do that for brand new cars. So I was SOL. Are u kidding me?! I left pissed off! I got a call from the dealership stating they found my sticker after all and I can come back anytime to get it. I got my sticker and u can clearly see it was scraped off. I refuse to deal with this place again!
