was mislead,
Auto was supposed to have just arrived. It was dirty, was told all would be cleaned and look like new. It would all be taken care of. was not ! very poor detailing. Was mislead re: warranty, parts were to be replaced . 2weeks ,not done or called regarding.The check engine light is on now purchased 2 weeks ago today, was told, sold as is, spent almost $ 140000.. Salesperson was very nice and personable. I do believe it was all out of her control RE; all issues. I found this on Internet spoke with Reggie. when we arrived at dealership gave his name. they gave us a different salesperson. said he only did internet. while there a couple hours, he never bothered to come and say hi or thank you for coming in. Very poor customer service in my world.

As this was my first servicing since I bought the Mitsubishi Outlander from the start to finish the service was excellent. I was show the customer service area where I had a cup of coffee as it was 8:00am and this was great service by the attendants.
