My service adviser was Delbert Venters. He greeted me @my truck, got my info & once I got inside he was the consummate, cordial professional. I felt like I was there visiting an old friend & we'd never met before that day. I had an outstanding issue that he tracked down & got me in touch with the right person to solve it. I thought that I'd be left to wait out the time entertaining myself while my truck was being serviced, but boy was I ever wrong. Delbert never left me & we chatted the whole of about an hour, again like we were old buddies catching up on the latest things going on in our lives.
