Péssima experiência! Não recomendo nem para o meu pior inimigo! Comprei um carro com defeito na Drivehub, e a dor de cabeça só piora. Depois de venderem um veículo com problemas, eles demoraram quase UM MÊS para me entregar. Quando finalmente recebi, preciso mandar para reparo e agora faz mais de dois meses que estou sem carro, sem informações concretas e sem previsão de devolução! Estou pagando as parcelas de um carro que simplesmente sumiu. A comunicação com a loja é inexistente, ninguém sabe informar nada. Total falta de respeito com o consumidor! Se não resolverem imediatamente, minha próxima parada será no Departamento de Polícia e Órgãos de Defesa do Consumidor. Se você está pensando em comprar um carro lá, fuja enquanto é tempo! Terrible experience! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! I bought a defective car from Drivehub, and the headache is only getting worse. After selling me a vehicle with problems, it took them almost A MONTH to deliver it to me. When I finally received it, I had to send it in for repairs and now I've been without a car for over two months, with no concrete information and no return date! I'm paying the installments for a car that simply disappeared. Communication with the store is non-existent, no one knows how to provide any information. Total lack of respect for the consumer! If they don't fix it immediately, my next stop will be the Police Department and Consumer Protection Agencies. If you're thinking about buying a car there, run away while there's still time!

If I could, I would give DriveHub zero stars. We bought a Chevrolet Camaro from them, and after encountering several issues, we left the vehicle for repairs over two months ago because they sold it with multiple defects. Since then, the dealership has refused to provide any updates on the repair status or even tell me where my car is. I am now considering contacting the Orlando Police Department, as this already appears to be a case of embezzlement or fraud. It is likely that they are either using my car while I continue to make payments or simply waiting for me to give up—but we will not. I have tried numerous times to contact them, but they ignore our messages and calls. When I mentioned the possibility of taking legal action, the person in charge at the dealership’s office casually stated that they would just wait for the legal process, showing complete disregard for the customer. Now, I am without my car and without answers. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, stay away! Their service is dishonest, irresponsible, and completely uncommitted to the consumer. I am filing formal complaints and seeking legal assistance to resolve this matter. I am trying to avoid unnecessary legal expenses, but my next step will be to contact the police.

SCAM!!!!!! After boasting about how they have an "In house" service center that puts their preowned vehicles though 150 point inspection I purchased a vehicle from them. As soon as I pulled onto the highway I quickly noticed several issues making the vehicle unsafe. I contacted them back to make them aware and they said they would take the vehicle back and repair the issues. After leaving the vehicle with them for several weeks I came back to the vehicle having several new damages and issues beyond what was originally noted. I then received toll road statements in the mail totaling 130$ during the time they had possession of the car. Turns out they were taking my vehicle and using it for God knows what. There is an excess of 5000 miles put onto my vehicle during this time as well as several new damages inside and out. Dealership management has refused to so much as accept a phone call from me and continues to deny any responsibility for the damages, miles or fines associated that occurred when they had the vehicle. Couldn't be more of a scam

Terrible reached out 4-5 times never responded. I kept getting emails of the car listing with no details. I assume its CLICK BAIT ad as the price is to low compared to comps

I had a wonderful experience at this place! They had music playing and a friendly greeter who checked me in promptly. The best part was the minimal waiting time. Wade was my representative and he was exceptional! He displayed humility, patience, and a friendly demeanor. After discussing my budget, we explored their car lot which offered an extensive selection of high-quality yet affordable cars. Wade made the process comfortable, allowing me to browse before making a decision. There was no sense of pressure at all. Later Eugene helped with financing and he was equally fantastic. Despite concerns about my credit affecting my chances, he worked his magic and made it possible for me to drive away in my beautiful new car. It's been four days with my new car, and I'm absolutely thrilled!

Indecorous! Scam artists at their finest. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS with this dealership. On the chance you are desperate, BRING A MECHANIC. They will simply clear codes to pawn these vehicles for sale. The Torah says you reap what you sow and I decree and declare that every nefarious action, word and thought perpetrated by these crooks will return to their heads 1000 fold. Everything lost and stolen from me and every customer will be returned and restored. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General. Simply put, they are con artists selling horrible products. When confronted they gaslight you. They will not get away with their lies and thievery!

RUN DON"T WALK AWAY FROM DRIVE HUB91300 N Dixie Fwy!!! I was stupid enough to believe that they sold safe and reliable cars, but that's not what I was sold. I was sold a literal DEATH TRAP!!! I test drove this car by taking it down the street and back and even asked the salesman Brandon Seider who swore up and down that if I pulled off the lot and there were problems with the car then they would fix it but he LIED!!! I drove from New Smyrna to Palm Coast and the moment I got off the highway the pedal went straight to the floor and the car wouldn't stop and I was heading towards the back of a Lexus SUV, so I panicked and put the car in park to stop. I know you should never do this but I literally just bought the car and didn't know where the emergency break was and shocked that it was happening. I called Drive Hub and was told by Brandon to take it to a place like Auto Zone and have them run a diagnostic which is what I did. All of these codes popped up P0204, C1503, C1202 and C1208 saying that there was a problem with the injector circuit, TCS failure switch, no signal from the wheel speed front and back sensor. Well that wasn't good enough for them because then they wanted it taken to Daytona Hyundai and pay for a diagnostic(160.00) which I did because my young Daughter will be driving that car as well. Daytona Hyundai said there was a major problem with the manifold, flex pipe, bad tires, missing brackets and melted wires(1600.00). Drive Hub was told by me and Hyundai and after chasing them down they wanted me to bring them the car and they would use their mechanic to fix it. The next thing I knew I was being transferred from 1 person after the other just for them to tell me to bring it so they can take it to Orlando. I wasn't happy with this last minute plan but I wanted my car fixed so it can be safe to drive. I see 2 people waiting for us to leave but we didn't so they started to get in my car, the girl putting her water bottle on it like the 2 of them were dating. I get a text from Brandon calling me a liar about the brakes and said that the only thing that was wrong with the car is a bad bulb. SEE PICS I found a mechanic who only knew that I wanted the car checked out due to stopping issues. He went to check the brakes and the tire practically fell off. It was missing the pieces to hold the tire and brakes together. He was amazing and said he wanted to make sure I can safely stop and he had VERY reasonable prices. My Daugher was offered 500.00 for her Malibu by Drive Hub the same day, which of course she was insulted. We left and went to Daytona Auto Depot where my Daughter found a really well cared for Jetta and Mr. Hany Nassif was great to work with. ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM DRIVE HUB UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A DEATH CAR OR TO BE OUT THOUSANDS FOR USED TRASH!!! Arnesia Powell
