The ford service dept is very inconsistent with the

The ford service dept is very inconsistent with the communication. Some visits they communicate very well others it is non existent. My most recent service visit I got no updates except when I called for information which is unacceptable for a vehicle I purchased from #1 Cochran

Cochran dealership got me scheduled quickly for the

Cochran dealership got me scheduled quickly for the recall on my ford truck, and did the work on the day that was scheduled and called me when it was completed and I was able to pick it up the same day , it all worked out perfectly, thanks for the the good work

Took in to get o2 sensor replaced they only diagnosed it

Took in to get o2 sensor replaced they only diagnosed it and have to order a common part before they can replace it let’s hope it doesn’t take a week. The service advisor said he would call other dealers to see if they have one I need it by the 5th to drive out of town and you can’t drive long distance wit a faulty o2 sensor

After buying an F-150 through Cochran I went for my first

After buying an F-150 through Cochran I went for my first oil change and tire rotation. Even though I made an appointment, it took an hour and 25 minutes, and they didn't bother to rotate the tires. Too add insult to injury, the steering wheel was filthy when I got in my truck to drive home. I gave them a chance to earn a customer, but instead they lost one.

Very poor communication between Holman and the

Very poor communication between Holman and the dealership, I felt like a middle man and not a customer. I waited almost a month to have a simple yearly state inspection, ball joints and spark plugs fixed. The vehicle was seen by same dealership in March for the same spark plug issue.
