As soon as I got to the dealership they had someone

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership.

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Salesman was very down to earth and personable. No high pressure or games. General Manager was sincere and to the point with his pricing offer, but was still willing to negotiate once we knew we were close to a deal. Overall very happy with the car we got and the dealership experience.

Excellent service by everyone. DJ was great and thorough. I was frustrated trying to buy a new car. He successfully steered me to something that worked for me in a used car

This dealership really stepped up to help with the issues

This dealership really stepped up to help with the issues with my 2019 Ranger. Lindsey and the service team were prompt and I had my truck backnin 2 days.

Very disorganized, poor communication, and quoted a

Very disorganized, poor communication, and quoted a diagnostic of $164 when total bill ended up being $204.00. They had my car for two days. I had to call repeatedly and dealt with being transferred over and over to speak to a human. They still do not know what’s wrong with my car but quoted an exploratory service of the computer service in which would cost around $1,200. Couldn’t even find my keys when I went to pick up my suv. No thanks. I never spoke to the same person.
