I reached out through the internet just checking on what my vehicle would be worth. I received a follow up e-mail along with a phone call that was a " no pressure sale,after a week long period I scheduled an appointment with Michal Lenninger and he showed me several vehicles and was extremely informative on each vehicle. There was never any pressure sales at any point. I chose and test drove my vehicle of chose and ended up purchasing a used 2015 F-150. Mike was with me through the whole experience of negotiating and finance. Mike then answered any all questions of how the truck functions. Overall good experience on a vehicle purchase.

Ordered a new truck through Shawn O'Neill and Kendall Saylor. We went to Medved after getting the runaround from Phil Long Ford at Chapel Hills. Shawn and Kendall were in close contact with me throughout the entire process. on the day we picked it up, they had it ready with no surprises. We were in and out in about an hour, including the time Shawn spent educating us on the features of the new truck. By far the easiest car buying process we have dealt with with no shady gimmicks.

We went in looking for a specific truck after visiting dealers in Colorado Springs and Denver. No one had any in stock, but Medved was the first to not try to pressure us into buying a different truck. We ordered a new truck through them after they explained the process (again with no pressure or haggling). They kept us updated as the truck was built and delivered. When we went in to pay, it was exactly as it had already been explained. We kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and the extra fees to come out, but they never did. This is how car buying should be.
