The reason I’m giving this a five star review is mainly because Rob Duval was a great salesman to work with, friendly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately things started to go down hill once the finance department took over. Michelle was extremely unfriendly and should not be dealing with customers on a regular basis. However, when all was said and done, Medved stepped up and made things right. All and all, a good experience and I’ll be back for my next truck...

Alec was outstanding. Kept me informed, discussed options, provided pricing as needed, and thorough. Really well done!! Have driven the car for a couple days and have had no issues. A bit pricey but worth it.

Kendall and the finance guy were great. This was a new purchase but i did have some parts installed. the parts department and service were also great.

Used a build sheet to order just what I wanted as opposed to buying one on the lot. Kendall Saylor was outstanding in knowledge and patience. The wife and I met and discussed a F350 on four separate occasions before the actual ordering of the truck. At 69 years young I have had many vehicles through the years and this has been the best experience with any sales person to date.
